These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the actionsbridge.net website and the digital advertising and production services provided by Actionsbridge ("we", "us", "our"), operating from 142 Bourke Road, Alexandria NSW 2015, Australia. By using our website or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Actionsbridge provides social media marketing, paid search and social advertising, branding, content production, web development and analytics services. Quotes and proposals provided are estimates only and may vary based on scope confirmed during onboarding.

2. Engagements & Cancellations

• Engagements can be initiated online, by phone or email and are confirmed once a proposal is accepted by both parties.
• Ongoing retainer agreements require at least 30 days' written notice for cancellation.
• Media spend committed to third-party ad platforms prior to cancellation remains payable.

3. Payment

Payment terms are set out in each client's proposal or retainer agreement and are typically invoiced monthly in advance. We accept major credit cards, EFTPOS and bank transfer.

4. Performance & Deliverables

While we manage campaigns to agreed KPIs and industry best practice, Actionsbridge does not guarantee specific rankings, follower counts or advertising platform performance, as these are influenced by factors outside our control, including third-party platform algorithms.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Actionsbridge's liability is limited to the resupply of services or the cost of resupplying those services. Nothing in these Terms excludes any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

6. Website Use

Content on this website is provided for general information purposes only and may be updated without notice. You must not misuse this website by knowingly introducing viruses or attempting unauthorised access to our systems.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
